- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
AIEO Browser Assistant
The AIEO Browser Assistant connects to your AIEO account only after you start its OAuth flow. It keeps its short-lived access token and proof key in the browser's session-only extension storage and sends authenticated requests only to https://aieo.ee. The public extension does not store an AIEO password, refresh token, Dashboard cookie, API key, or target-site credential.
When you explicitly open the assistant on a page, it may inspect a bounded set of safe native form-control labels locally so you can select one field. Those labels are not sent to AIEO. The extension does not read or upload existing form values, passwords, cookies, payment fields, full page content, screenshots, or browsing history. It fills only one value you review and confirm, and it never performs the final form submission.
To help troubleshoot connection failures, the assistant keeps a bounded, event-name-only diagnostic trail in browser session storage. It does not include tokens, OAuth codes or state, account details, URL parameters, page content, or form values. Diagnostics are never uploaded automatically. You can inspect, explicitly copy, or clear them in the assistant panel, and they are removed when the browser session ends.
Disconnecting the Browser Assistant clears its local session and revokes the corresponding AIEO authorization. Removing the extension also removes its extension-local data. We do not use extension data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
