Agency & White-label

Running multiple client sites — isolation, seats, white-label reports.

The Agency plan ($499/mo) is built for running SEO + GEO for multiple clients inside one subscription.

Multi-client isolation

  • Up to 250 projects, each with its own domain, keyword set, prompt set, competitor list and audit history.
  • Every analysis in these docs is per project — switch the client and every page, report and agent conversation follows.
  • Access is isolated at the organization level: members of the org can see every project in it, and an API key covers the whole org. Data does not leak between projects, but there is no per-project permission wall inside one org — if a client must only see their own data, invite them into a separate organization (each org is its own subscription). Billing and key management stay owner/admin-only either way.

Seats

Agency bills per seat (5 seats' worth included in the base). The subscription quantity follows the accepted-member count automatically — a seat counts once the invite is accepted, and settles back when the member is removed. No manual seat juggling in Stripe.

White-label reports

The Growth Report (project overview → report) renders as a clean HTML file: current Growth Score with the four pillar cards, a 30-day AI mention rate trend, the 14-day share of voice table, top content gaps and open technical issues. On Agency the report is white-label: your agency's name and branding, not AIEO.ee's — generated per client, ready to send.

Credits at agency scale

25,000 credits/month cover a typical multi-client sweep (e.g. 20 clients × 15 prompts × 4 engines × ~20 days ≈ 24,000 runs). For heavier volumes, top-up packs extend the balance without changing the subscription — see Credits.

API keys per client integration

Keys are org-scoped; typical agency setups create read-only keys for client reporting pulls and read+write keys for their own automation (briefs via MCP). See the Developer Guide — and note org management stays session-only by design.
