Plans

Four plans plus Enterprise — limits, seats, trials, upgrades and downgrades.

AIEO.ee has four self-serve plans plus a sales-contact Enterprise tier. Limits below are the current defaults; the pricing page always mirrors the same source of truth.

Yearly billing is available on paid plans where a yearly Stripe price is configured; the discount depends on the configured price (the standard setup is roughly two months free).

Seats

  • Free/Pro/Growth include a fixed seat count; adding members beyond it is blocked until you upgrade.
  • Agency is seat-billed: the Stripe subscription quantity tracks max(1, member count) — the count of accepted members, synced when a member joins or is removed (invitations pending acceptance don't count yet). 5 seats' worth is included in the base price; beyond that each additional member adds to the quantity.

Trial

Pro, Growth and Agency offer a 14-day trial, once per organization — claimed atomically so concurrent sign-ups can't double-claim. What happens at trial end depends on the subscription state that follows and any applicable grace period (a started paid subscription keeps paid limits; payment failures get the past_due grace window described below). Your data is never deleted by a trial expiring.

Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation

  • Upgrade/downgrade flows through a proration preview (what you'll be charged/credited right now) before you confirm — the preview is computed from live Stripe proration and is valid for 30 minutes.
  • Cancel takes effect at period end by default (you keep access until then); immediate cancellation drops the subscription at once.
  • Resume reverses a pending end-of-period cancellation.
  • past_due gets a 7-day grace period: entitlements hold while you fix the payment method; after grace, the organization moves to Free.
  • On downgrade, resource trimming is automatic and fair: over-limit projects and over-limit prompts per project are paused, not deleted (earliest-created resources are kept; billingPausedAt) and their scheduled jobs stop. What "paused" blocks differs by level:
    • a paused project blocks write and execution entry points (reads stay available);
    • a paused prompt stops executing (scheduled and manual runs), but the prompt itself can still be edited or deleted — only its run entry point refuses.

Invoices & payment methods

The Stripe Billing Portal (Settings → Billing) holds invoices, payment methods and receipts. Top-up credit packs are one-off purchases, separate from the subscription.

Demo / self-hosted note

On self-hosted instances without Stripe keys (DEMO_MODE), plan switching in Settings changes limits directly for evaluation — no payment is processed.
