Domain Overview

The aggregate view of your tracked-keyword performance — rankings, traffic estimates, top pages, competitors.

Domain Overview (SEO → Domain) is the "zoom out" view: it aggregates your project's tracked data into one domain-level snapshot instead of keyword-by-keyword detail.

What you see

The overview is computed from what this project tracks (its keywords, their rankings, the pages that rank, the competitors you added):

  • rank summary — keywords tracked, top-3 / top-10 / top-20 / top-100 counts, average position, estimated traffic (modeled from rank × volume),
  • top pages — which of your URLs earn the estimated traffic,
  • SERP feature stats and the stored backlink profile,
  • the competitor matrix — how the competitors you track compare across the same keyword set.

There is deliberately no standalone "domain authority" score and no whole-web lookup: the page summarizes this project's tracked SERPs, so its coverage is exactly your keyword set. Benchmarking an untracked domain means adding its keywords (and the competitor) to the project first.

How it differs from Rank Tracking

PageUnitQuestion it answers
Rank TrackingkeywordWhere do I rank for this term?
Domain Overviewtracked setHow strong is my site across everything I track?
BacklinksdomainWhat link equity does this site have?

Using it competitively

The competitor matrix shows, across your shared keywords, who holds the stronger positions. A large position gap tells you content and keyword coverage (via Keyword Gap and Content Gap) matters most; repeated competitor wins on the same terms point at Competitor Gap discovery.

Traffic estimates are modeled from rank × volume, not measured — treat them as relative signals for comparison, not as analytics absolutes.
